Rahul A. Khanna is a seasoned legal professional with over 11 years of experience in corporate and regulatory law. Prior to founding RAK Law, he served as Senior Manager (Legal) at Godfrey Phillips India Limited, where he developed a deep understanding of how businesses function and what kind of legal support truly makes a difference. This hands-on, in-house experience gave Rahul a unique edge—he understands not just the law, but how it applies in real-world business scenarios.
His decision to start RAK Law was driven by a clear goal: to make legal services more practical, business-aligned, and accessible. Rahul knows that corporates don’t just need legal jargon—they need strategic, solution-oriented advice that helps them move forward.
